Gunnar Smoliansky, born 1933, is one of the most influential Swedish photographers of our time. He has practiced his "slow photography", "subjective photography" or whatever you may call it for around 50 years, mostly exploring the surroundings of Stockholm.

The exhibition "One image at a time" will open on 14 June. It is a major retrospective exhibition of Smoliansky´s work and will be on show until 14 September. Gunnar Smoliansky is a favourite among many of us working with the F Blog. He was one of the students at Christer Strömholms legendary Fotoskolan. If you love photography then Kulturhuset, Stockholm is the right place to be this summer. Also visit the site of Gunnar Smoliansky.
